STEM Tuesday: Failure is Great for Success

New studies show that IQ is not enough; neither is EQ.  It takes Grit.  Grit is perseverance and resilience.  It’s not enough to be intelligent.  Grit isn’t even related to talent. According to Angela Lee Duckworth, the best measure of success is something call Growth Mindset: the belief that the ability to learn is not fixed, it can change as a result of effort.
